All tombstones are made to order. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us ASAP to prevent item going to production. Once the tombstone has been started, no refunds can be given.

PLEASE NOTE that if a refund is given, you will be deducted a processing fee. This is the fee that credit cards or Paypal charge me to process a transaction. This fee is kept by them and will not be returned. All sales are final since these are made to order. Exchanges can be made if the item received is damaged. We also put in a claim with the shipping carrier for insurance coverage.
